Jesus Loves Me Party
Thank you to all of the parents who brought in goodies to share for our Jesus Loves Me Party. The chocolate was abundant as was the love that was shared. The children were all so proud of their Valentines. Thank you for helping us make this party a success!
Signing In/Out
Please make sure you sign your child in and out every time they are at school. This not only aids us in case of emergency, it is a state law in which you may be fined for non-compliance. Thank you!
See’s Spring Fundraiser!
Our candy fundraiser is in full swing! Candy orders are due back to us by Wednesday March 14th. The candy will be here the week before Easter for you to hand out to your friends and family who have placed orders. We are hoping to purchase a couple of new bikes with the proceeds. There are prizes for our top sellers. See post on bulletin board. Thank you so much for your support.
Updating Files
We live in a rapidly changing world. Please help us keep up with the changes in your lives by providing any new telephone or address changes that occur. This helps us to contact you quickly in case of an emergency. It also keeps us abreast of what is going on in the lives of these precious children that we care for.
Spring-Time Vacations
Please sign up on the parent board if your child will be out of school for vacation. Reminder: You pay 1/2 price for the time your child is gone one week or longer with a maximum of two weeks per year.
Closed for Good Friday
Little Ones will be closed on Friday, March 30th in observance of Good Friday. Enjoy your long Easter weekend!
Pre-K Graduation
Mark your calendars! Our Pre-K Graduation ceremony will be held on Friday, June 22nd at 7:00 p.m. in the church auditorium. This is such a momentous occasion for all of us! We have been with many of these children since they were 2 and are so proud of all of the ways they have grown and matured. Be sure to invite family and friends for this wonderful rite of passage!
Cubbie Clothes
Please make sure that your child has a full change of seasonally appropriate and size appropriate clothing in their cubbie. A shirt, pants, undies and socks and shoes, all clearly labeled are needed for each child. We know that when our children are past the potty training stage we tend to think extra clothing may not be necessary; however, here at Little Ones, “accidents” can take many different forms. Space is becoming scarce so we ask that backpacks are not used for clothing storage.
Bedding
We can’t stress enough how important clean bedding is for your child each day they are at preschool. Bedding should come in fresh with your child at the beginning of each week and leave with your child at the end of each week to be laundered over the weekend. Please have all pieces of their ensemble clearly labeled in a pillow case. There is a certain comfort level for your child when they have their personal things from home. Thank you for your full cooperation in this very important component of your child’s day.

Please see the book order forms attached to this newsletter. Books are wonderful gifts and every time you order we get free books for our school library! Book orders with their checks need to be turned in by Friday March 16th. You can also order online and use our school code: GV2NB. Thank you!
